Brett is a distinguished serial entrepreneur who has founded over 40 businesses over 35 years, focusing on leveraging disruptive technology in DeFi, real estate, consumer finance, and enterprise software.

His ventures have achieved success multiple times, including Hautelook.com and Lowermybills.com, for which he received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award twice. Brett’s most recent exit involved the successful sale of Sole Society to the Camuto Group, where he served as founder and chairman. He is also the Founder and Chairman of Incentify, a leading SaaS provider revolutionizing the tax incentive industry.

Brett holds a B.S. from Babson College with a concentration in entrepreneurial studies and finance.

Tommy spent most of his 33+ year career at Credit Suisse, most recently serving as Vice Chairman in Investment Banking & Capital Markets and CIO of the Pension Investment Committee, and as Global Head of Debt Capital Markets and held senior roles across fixed income and investment banking at Credit Suisse.

Prior to Credit Suisse, Tommy worked at Drexel Burnham Lambert in New York and Tokyo.

Mike leads Product and Engineering at Homium. Previously he held similar roles for early stage FinTech startups including Peridot, a Blackstone-backed supply chain lending venture.

Prior to that, Mike served in multiple roles at Bloomberg including co-head and CTO of Bloomberg Indices. Mike is a CFA Charterholder, and holds an MBA from Wharton.

Dave has served as Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Innovent Capital Group for more than fifteen years, where he cofounded Homium and has served as head of ops and finance for more than a dozen startups in real estate, fintech, consumer services, social media, and digital assets. As a founding organizer for California Public Banking Alliance and Public Bank Los Angeles, David actively shapes municipal banking legislation and consults for institutions, municipalities, and community organizations on programs which solve for financial equality and positive social and environmental impact. Dave holds a B.A. in Theatre Studies from Emerson College.

Pete has been an executive in the mortgage industry for more than 30 years, with an extensive background in capital markets, credit, and operations, as well as processing, underwriting, closing, funding, post-closing, loan delivery and securitization.

Most recently, as Chief Credit Officer for CMG Financial, and before that New Penn (now NewRez), Peter was responsible for all credit and operations functions of multiple nationwide mortgage banking operations in retail, wholesale and correspondent lending.

Larry holds 30+ years of experience in law, with an extensive background in global markets, securities, as well as clearance collateral management. He most recently was Managing Director and General Counsel for Global Markets and CCM at BNY Mellon.

Prior to that, Lawrence spent 19 years at Credit Suisse as General Counsel in the Americas for Global Markets. Lawrence holds a JD law degree from Yale Law School.

Keith has worked on Product, Compliance and Operations for Homium for four years as a part of the Innovent Capital Group team. Prior to that, Keith founded BoxCamp, a white-glove summer storage company. He is a licensed California real estate broker and holds a B.A. in Sociology from UCLA.

Christina sits on the Capital Markets desk at Homium. She most recently spent her time at Nomura on the RMBS Banking desk, working on Credit Risk Transfer and Reverse Mortgage transactions.

Christina holds a B.S. degree in Finance from Tulane University.

Vincent is an Associate at Homium. Previously, he spent time at Goldman Sachs in both investment banking and sales and trading, where he worked on the corporate derivatives and foreign exchange desk as well as the futures sales desk within the Prime Brokerage.

Vincent holds a B.A. from Columbia University in Financial Economics.
